Physical Therapy- in the early am for my IT Band syndrome - nothing heavy but found out I also have a over-pronation on my right foot along with all the other imbalances with my legs.

Personal training - Did several speed and agility drills
We worked on shoulder and arms today - We underestimated on weight several times. Sorry for no details but for the most part I am not remembering all the excercises. We talked about getting more sessions but my husband doesn't think we can afford it right now. I am feeling very very unsure of myself right now and down right emotional about it. Not sure why, mentally I have been struggling with the thought of doing it on my own. I know i just need to do it but I have so many imbalances in my legs that I am just not very confident. My hubby is pretty sure I will be fine - I guess I will have to figure out what I am going to do next week. I have NROLW so i can start with that. Sorry to sounds like such a woose but . . just feeling insecure this week. At least he will be able to finally go through the nutrition stuff before my sessions are up. So Monday I am on my own.

Nice job on the push ups!
As for the PT sessions, if you have to make the decision to wait until you can buy more sessions - you CAN do it on your own. If you can, write down the workouts you are doing with him either during your rest periods (or ask him to do it) or immediately after. There are a ton of women here who don't work with a trainer and this is a great place to ask questions about certain exercises and workouts.
You can do this. I just know it. And I'm sorry, but a woose you are not.
