Physical Therapy- in the early am for my IT Band syndrome - nothing heavy but found out I also have a over-pronation on my right foot along with all the other imbalances with my legs.
Personal training - Did several speed and agility drills
We worked on shoulder and arms today - We underestimated on weight several times. Sorry for no details but for the most part I am not remembering all the excercises. We talked about getting more sessions but my husband doesn't think we can afford it right now. I am feeling very very unsure of myself right now and down right emotional about it. Not sure why, mentally I have been struggling with the thought of doing it on my own. I know i just need to do it but I have so many imbalances in my legs that I am just not very confident. My hubby is pretty sure I will be fine - I guess I will have to figure out what I am going to do next week. I have NROLW so i can start with that. Sorry to sounds like such a woose but . . just feeling insecure this week. At least he will be able to finally go through the nutrition stuff before my sessions are up. So Monday I am on my own.
