) we do have heavy whipping cream that we use to make the whipped cream. You can ask them if you can use some for your coffee. Some may charge 30cents extra, but probably not as it's a small amount and if you don't have to steam it.
of course, the carb difference between the two is small (only a few grams difference), and if you're not putting 1/2 a cup in your coffee, you should be fine.
