I use half and half. In the amount of H&H that I use, there are very few carbs. Plus, Starbucks, etc. has H&H, but no cream. Cream is unworkable.

I plan to follow the TNT advanced workouts 3 days per week and interval training 3 days per week (treadmill, stair gauntlet and bootcamp/drill class at my gym). On Interval only days should I still follow the pre/post workout shake and follow up shake (or other fat burning meal) within the hour or is this just for lifting days?
I only do them on lifting days. Sometimes not even then if I've eaten recently.

I know they say not to be afraid of fat but I am. I haven't eaten a real egg or piece of bacon or hunk of cheese or handful of nuts since i tried Atkins 8 years ago. I just remember those kinds of foods making me feel disgusting. Can someone please reassure me that I will not feel like or start to look like Jabba The Hut.
It might take you a bit to get mentally used to it, but most people will.

Butternut squash OK or starchy?
Nope. Sorry. Zucchini, spaghetti squash, those flying saucers, chayote, and crookneck/yellow summer squash are good though.
