Default What can I put in my coffee? and other TNT questions

Is half and half okay or does it need to be cream? If cream, does that mean heavy whipping cream?

I plan to follow the TNT advanced workouts 3 days per week and interval training 3 days per week (treadmill, stair gauntlet and bootcamp/drill class at my gym). On Interval only days should I still follow the pre/post workout shake and follow up shake (or other fat burning meal) within the hour or is this just for lifting days?

Has anyone tried the NEXGEN muffins? How are they?

I know they say not to be afraid of fat but I am. I haven't eaten a real egg or piece of bacon or hunk of cheese or handful of nuts since i tried Atkins 8 years ago. I just remember those kinds of foods making me feel disgusting. Can someone please reassure me that I will not feel like or start to look like Jabba The Hut.

Butternut squash OK or starchy?

Last but not least--I am a shaker not a blender does Nitrean dissolve well or need to be blended?
