Does anyone here find they are hungrier and crave carbs more when they are tired and lacking sleep. My baby has been sick again for the past few days and has been waking up every 2 hours........and I am sooooooooooooooooo EXHAUSTED. Seriously, I am dead.
So I find that I am in need of more carbs, and Ive been reaching for fruit, which isnt bad, and went over my allotted cals by a 100 due to strong hunger pangs...I know it somewhat psychological, but also there is a physical component too. I will post the question in FLTS>
