Today's Workout
Circuit x 6
Burpees 20sec
jumping jacks 20sec
split jumps 20sec
squats 20sec
jumping jacks 20sec
burpees 20sec
1 min rest, Repeat

This circuit kicks my ass. I was sweating so bad - feels good though I was starting to stiffen up from yesterdays workout so this got the blood pumping.
