Pauline - I am doing what you're thinking about -- I only do NROLW 2/week - and I am going to skip stage 7 (which is technically the cut!) because I don't think my food can stay at a deficit and I won't get the benefit of it if I overeat... And I added a lot more SS cardio, dropped all the HIIT. For now.
Once the fat is off, I will add more intensity back in cuz I love it!
