Thanks, everyone! I had a great rest week though I now feel like a stuffed chicken or something! I weighed in yesterday 8 pounds up from just before I started NROLFW. I'm trying to decide what to do about that. Eating in a deficit while lifting heavy 3x a week isn't possible for me. I'm thinking about cutting back to 2x per week with a slight deficit. I'm also adding cardio 6 days a week back in. I plan to do at least 1 mile a day of WATP. The WATP dvds I have aren't too intense. I definitely need the stress relief that cardio provides for me. After taking and posted the dreaded challenge photos, I'm tempted to switch to OPT. I've been reading FLTS and thoroughly enjoying it. I had no trouble losing with SP, WATP, and mild ST. Doing NROLFW, I've been gaining muscle, true, but I also think some fat is creeping back on, too. I just don't want to go there. I have no aspirations to be a fitness model or to have ripped abs or anything. I just want to be healthy. But I hate the thought of not finishing NROLFW when I've gotten so far!
I definitely feel much better physically after increasing my calories and my rest week, so it's a true dilemma. If I cut out the ice cream it might help...

Seriously, any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.
Celeste, we've enrolled the kids in a pilot program, the SC Virtual Charter School, which is public school at home using the k12.com curriculum! We have to follow the state's school year which starts on Aug 19 or 20, I think. We're actually going to Maine for a family reunion the following week, so we'll pack up the books and take them with us!!
