You guys are missing the most important point.
Lyle should have contacted Alwyn directly and asked him about this matter before posting everywhere.
Anyone else would have done this right?
I know personally first hand where someone had copied Alwyn's material and he just contacted them directly to rectify the matter. No blogging, no forum posts.
