Question

So, I just has a back/shoulder workout yesterday. Designed it for auto regulation and weight wasn't so heavy. Did about 70% for military press, at 8 reps. Later the same day I tought some yoga and after it my left shoulder started playing up. It's probably a small muscle /ligament? right where your armpit starts and your pectoralis meets the anterior delts (kinds sucky explanation but my internet is horrid todaya nd I can't get a chart to show you). Anyhow, I am going to stay off workouts for a few days, but it seems like the pain is radiationg towards my shoulder joint (ligaments around it at least). Any ideas about what it could be or anyone who's had a smiliar problem would be welcome. I don't think I should rush to the doctor for something that small yet|thans in a dvance
