thanks, that is exactly what her case it: stronger quads on the outside. We are working on the inner, sounds good to add hamstring work, we've been doing very light curls so far. Shouldn't I be afraid of her hamstrings getting tight/too strong in relation to her quads.
Won't that make it worse?
