Thanks! I'm almost done interviewing all the Directors to see what they would want from this team in supporting their own departments. And I talked with HR to get the ball rolling on recruiting and office prep. My guess is that it will be about a month before I get the first person hired, but we'll see.

I sorta did a workout yesterday, pulling the kids in their wagon up the nearby hill and then sprinting down the hill a few times. The love going fast.

In other news, the new dog Mo is not happy that RedWifey left town. He pooped in our bedroom twice yesterday, both times right next to my side of the bed. I was not amused.

Tonight we'll stick to our regular family Friday pizza and a movie. I have Over the Hedge for the kids.

Oh, and I spent about an hour last night on one of the "Reading Music" links that LisaS sent me, practicing notation and rhythm. It's going to be a slow process but I'm determined to learn.
