add blue (strong) bands x 10
67.5kg x 5

reverse band deads
-blue bands 6th pin from top, bar unloaded at top.
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
180kg x 5
220kg x 5
250kg x 5
x5
x5

squats where good, blue bands have quite a bit of tension i found. these really hit the hips hard.
