Did workout B#3 today. Everything felt good. Pushing myself to the limit of what I can physically lift. I want this so bad.
Thanks for the encouragement. I'm really going to need it. The workouts have been going good. I see more muscle in my arms and legs already. Not too sore after last week, but kind of stiff. Going to buy a pedometer and tape measure tonight to record progress.
Yeah, this is for me. I've gone through a lot lately, and still going through some stuff. My 14 month relationship with boyfriend has hit rocky times, and could possibly end if things don't change soon. This will provide a good distraction. Thanks again for the support!
