I will be following my own plan based around kettlebells and push-ups.

Using 100 pushups.com plan for push-ups.

Diet is Keto with IF (16/8 is what works now but I change it every 4 to 6 weeks or so)

2 HIIT sessions per week and 3 SS cardio sessions per week.

Daily stretching.

Measurements

Bust - 44.25
Chest - 36.25
Waist - 41.5
Hips - 48.5
Thighs - 26.5
Calves - 14.75
Upperarm - 16
Forearm - 112
Wrist - 6.5
Neck - 14

BF%38.5%(??)
