Thanks for the support. I did B#2 yesterday. Arms are a little sore, I'm sure the rest of the body will start getting a little more sore as the day goes on. I try to add some weight to each of the exercises, but I could only do about 10 and then could not physically lift anymore. Hoping that will improve soon.
Went for a good run/walk last night where I did mostly run. My boyfriend's sis-in-law wants to do a 5k in October and wants me to do it as well, so I'm considering that as well. But not going to mess up what I've got going on with NROLW.
The scale keeps going different ways, one day I'm up, one day I'm down. So far my shorts fit a little better, so that's what I'm paying attention to.
