Today felt like a bleh workout to me, but when I got home to log it, I realized that most of these weights were PRs last time and I did work hard, so I'm happy. Just push myself too hard all the time, I think.
For the challenge, I'll be finsihing up NROLFW Stages 5-7 with cardio on between days. I'm also thinking about a daily protein goal.
