We shall see what the Monday meeting entails. I work in the blood business, for the American Red Cross.

Have fun on your vacation!
Thanks, Anne. Yes, I am trying to decide what program to go with (and stick to) for the upcoming challenge. I had originally planned on doing Leigh's OPT program, but the more I am thinking about it - I may go with either starting NROL4W over and completing it or the original NROL and doing the fatloss programs. Especially because this is a 6 month challenge and I want something to keep me interested and progressing.

We made it back from the beach last night and we had a really great time. Spent lots of time at the beach and the pool. I read a non-fitness/diet related book, too! LOL That was one of my goals. I did gets lots of NEAT in with the swimming and walking. I had this planned as a break and was able to adhere to that, minus one morning jog. I needed to sweat and it was a beautiful morning to do it.
I am glad to be home and will have a workout to log, later this afternoon. I have been working on sorting out my goals for the Challenges coming up and plan on finalizing them this weekend.
Food was near perfect, minus one meal out. I am sure I was over my calories that day, but not by much and the scale is only up 2 lbs and I am chalking that up to my beverages. It was nice that we had planned on not eating out the entire week and made my choices much easier.

Glad to be back!
