Procrastinating at work....
So DH and I went on our hour bike ride last night. It was a really nice night so it was perfect. I really tried to push it for the second half hour. I felt energized.
We recently had our roof re-done because of hail damage and our satelite dish had to be moved. Well since last Friday we haven't had tv because directv can't come to our house until tomorrow. So anyway, we have been moving around a lot more because of it. I have to admit its kind of nice! We went and did some grocery shopping last night and I picked up some things around the house. I found myself not sitting on the couch all night. I probably only spend about an hour in front of the tv anyway, but moving for that hour instead has helped burn some calories I'm sure.
This morning I did 35 minutes on the bike. Heart Rate 140-150. Legs felt a little tired.
And tonight I am doing something insane - lifting two days in a row! In order to get 3 lifts in before I head off on my week vacay, I had to squeeze another one in. So there will be about 36 hours between the lifts so I am hoping it will be ok. We will see!
I also have one more HIIT session to get in and I am debating on doing it tonight or waiting until tomorrow. Since my legs felt a little fatigued today I think I will wait until Friday but I will have to see how I feel after tonight!
I also have to find some shoes tonight for an upcoming wedding. I found a bargain of a dress at Forever 21. (I can't decide if I am too old for that store or not. I am still in my 20's I guess.) So I justified myself into getting new shoes and accessories because it was so cheap. I had found a different dress last week but I wasn't crazy about it so I went back to the mall on a mission.
