Thanks ladies. I wish I had a fancy phone. I was with some friends on Friday who all have the iphone or some other fancy new device like the blackberry and I just have my old timey 2.5 year old phone. I feel like Zach Morris!
Anyway did 30 minutes biking today. HR around 140.
Let's just say this weekend was not my best. Lots of beer involved. Oh and pizza yesterday.
Back on track today though.
