I'm feeling good today... I ate some tuna before bed last night since I was hungry and my protein sucked for the day, and I'm proud of that too cuz what I wanted was salty / crunchy, but I knew I'd overeat and just get hungrier if I did that.
This morning, I must not have done too badly with food / sodium (I was afraid the sauce was so salty that I might've been up anyway) - I was down another 1/2#. Makes me officially 10# from goal as of today

. Again, I DO know it may bounce and even go up a little (especially as AF approaches at the end of the month), but... that friggin' plateau was really upsetting me so I'm just glad I busted down. Yay!!!
