Now, don't shoot me ... but since you've now had SEVERAL professionals tell you that you are tight ... it might be a good idea to take some time off (2-3 weeks) and focus solely on mobility/flexibility work including foam rolling/lacrosse ball work. Focused/concentrated/daily work will give you good gains in that and a 2-3 week layoff on lifting isn't going to cause you to go all soft and weak. JMO. Which you will likely ignore.
