Thanks!!!!!

Weight stayed the same today, which is FINE with me! I'm still at 6.5# down from May 11 (when I started tracking). Considering my awful plateau almost-month, that's pretty good...
The Body Bugg is hitting me at an average of 2000 kcal burned (usually a LITTLE higher, hit 1900 on my rest day)... I am getting over 10k steps/day which is good to know, and I do think it underestimates my stairmaster workouts, but it's good to know that 1500 kcal is right for me to lose 1#/week. And it does inspire me to move more!
The problem is that I'm having tech problems with it

. I have to reach them tomorrow (of course they are closed on the weekend) because instead of downloading all my data, it keeps saying there's no bugg - even when I connect it directly with the USB. About 1 in every 20 attempts works now, which SUCKS. Grrrrrrrrrrr. It worked FINE Saturday morning, and then Sat afternoon when I hooked it up, it started giving me trouble

.
Anyway...
Today: Stairmaster 50 min. I was gonna do an hour but I quit when my friend was done and ready to leave

. Planning on doing some active mall-walking with DD this afternoon, so I won't be a slug, at least.
Dinner is going to be a challenge. Family-style (huge platter) Italian food... I LOVE it, but it's super high-cal and high sodium, so I need to go in with a plan and stick to it. I love the numbers / trend on the scale, so I have to focus on that.
