I didn't do so well at Ladies night... I was pissed off and cranky from the work crap, and I took it out on the buffet of food.   . I ate MOSTLY healthy choices, but I know I overdid the calories... lotsa veggies with spinach dip, lotsa edamame (YUM), and plenty of samples of other foods (dips, a few chips). 2 amazingly good eggrolls (but they're fried) and a handful of toffee chex mix. BLARGH. too much.
Scale today was 1/2# up but still 1/2# past my plateu, so if I'm careful today maybe I can make up for it. I had 400 kcal left to eat before I went (maybe I shoulda just had dinner and tried to eat nothing there?) and I prolly went 400-500 over for the day? MISS PIGGY!!!! bleh.

Bytsi, I'm not going to get lecture-y, but you are NOT miss piggy! I don't care how much you weigh or what your body fat % is, you've been VERY consistent over the long haul, and you're seeing results. If you want to call names, "HUMAN!!!!" is a good one.

I know you know all that but sometimes that tape plays in our heads and we don't even realize it.
