Well maybe I will do 3 sets of 6 and use the higher weight well my workout really calls for 1 to 2 sets of 6 or 8 so, i should do 2 sets at 30#...hmmmm LOLffice ffice" />
Well I would say i could practice on my other workout day when I do OH presses 3 x 8 @ 25#/e but they already kick my ass.
Next week I am going to do one workout trying to figure out my 3 and 1 rep maxes so I can do some goal setting. I am thinking of joining the goal setting challenge and maybe dropping the W.Challenge. I like the goal setting.
