No time today (at least not til later) but - WHOOOOOT!!! Scale FINALLY budged a little bit after MAJOR stall... The arrow is from 3 1/2 weeks ago when I had a fit because the scale jumped up SO much and it hadn't really ever recovered back down... It's FINALLY back down and 1/2# lower than it has been since I started this endeavor... FINALLY.
And yeah, I know, it'll bounce again... but if you look at the graph, it's been
