My friends do that too. So does my family. Of course my family tells me it's good that I watch what I eat and they wish they could do it, which makes it a little better. The worst is at school, since I eat every couple hours it looks like I'm constantly eating, so as a joke my friends will come up to me and say geeze stop eating. Oh Oh and I also get that for drinking water, because I always have a water bottle with me. Some people huh

And major action will certainly make you feel a bit uncomfortable, which is absolutely fine. You've gotta get excited about feeling uncomfortable, you've gotta love feeling slightly uncomfortable, because you know that you're stepping outside the boundaries that you used to create.
