The other day a guy asked for me to move to do chin's on the assisted chin machine which I couldn't because it had no middle area and I was doing supinated. I said, "why do you need this one?", he goes, "oh i dont i am just going to do crucifix cable curls here." I said, "no, I have one set left, just wait 30 seconds." I cranked out 2 unexpected extra reps making it 5 with 25lbs hanging off me on the fifth set of my five by five, thanks for helping move up in weights for next week, jackass.
