I originally started bringing my own selection music to the gym to drown out the music that the Gym played. I had no idea that this would raise the intensity of my work out to the extent that it did. It defiantly was huge boost. It is important for me to change up the music every so often to keep the initial effect it had when I first started bringing my own music. If you lift by your self this is defiantly helpful.
