I should take a poll on how many people of the forum use music while lifting to help their focus and drive. I am really into music but over the past couple years never went out and bought an mp3 for some reason. It would probably be better than hearing people gossiping and hearing sports center blare over the gym tv. I'm considering trying it. How do you all feel about music promoting greater positive results in the mind and body while training as compared to plain random background noise which may be distracting?
