Funny how so many people reverse characters. It's Espi like in Spain . Even my SO sometimes calls me by that name. But then again, we have an identity crisis. I was raised as Yvonne but when in the States I changed the name to Yvana as the pronunciation of Yvonne made me wince. Either do it the Dutch way or the French way but not with that drawn out O , ick! By now everyone online knows me as Yvana but my family still uses my old name, so when my SO does it, I tease him by using his first birth name which he dislikes

Re the cycling: yes, sharing the road with cars takes some time to get comfortable with. Once you are (much better with a mirror) you will never want to go on a bike path anymore when you are aiming for high speeds. Too dangerous.

Am so glad you are taking more rest now.. frankly it amazes me how your weight/fat loss is still going on so well. If you had been more like me, I'd not have lost anything, got ill or overeaten. You've got an admirable discipline as well as very good health. I'm sure you will do well in a competition once you learnt the ropes re cutting/bulking.
