Thanks! It was a great tournament. The first game this morning was tied with 20 seconds left and then we booted one in and won it! In quarter-finals, we had double overtime then went to a penalty kick-off - we won again! We got killed in the semi's, but our girls had no rest (due to the extended quarter-final game) and it was hot and... the other school was just better, I guess. But semi's is nothing to be ashamed of.

And DD was asked to play varsity again in next weekend's tournament (there goes ANOTHER weekend!!!).

I did finally get to the gym afterwards (since we didn't have to stay for finals) and did 30 min stairmaster. HR 75-85% max, since it was for less time.

Eats today - low on cals so far (but I'll eat more later) - low on nutrition too cuz of all the running around... To soccer (in the rain), then rush to karate demo for "home days" festival (MUD city - all over a white gi too!), then back to soccer (30 min each way!)... then to gym... now COUCH time.

One "oops" moment - doing group synchronized kata in the demo, and I was wearing the Bugg under my gi... one punch loosened it and it went to my elbow... spent the rest of the kata trying not to straighten my arm (while punching ) so it wouldn't fly off into the mud . Guess I gotta really snug it up if I wear it to class tomorrow!

Dinner (I was at 560 kcal for the DAY at 5:30 tonight) was... 'za and wings! I weighed/measured the pizza based on website for the chain's nutrition info
