Got your pm JP and I'm glad to help. I don't know exactly what information you're looking for, but these thread and articles should help get you on the right track. If you need anything more specific after you've read these, just ask and I'll see what I've got.

I can't say enough good things about the Inside-Out DVD. If you have any shoulder issues, I highly recommend this purchase. Don't be put off by the price. It's worth the money (get the manual, too) and I have not seen this information anywhere else.

Here's some excellent info from Bill on the basic progressions for shoulder rehab: Conflicting Advice: Rotator Cuff.

This thread answered questions after the 2006 Summit. He discusses lots of shoulder and hip issues: JP Fitness Summit 2006 Questions. If you want more along this line, you can buy the 2006 Summit DVDs from JP's store with everything that Bill taught at that event.

And a follow up on shoulders in particular: http://forums.jpfitness.com/showthre...228#post341228. This thread contains a link to another shoulder thread and a link to an article called Push-Ups, Face Pulls, and Shrugs. That's a must read article!

Here's some more good general information: Exercises that shouldn't be done.

And here are two of Bill's blog posts that might interest you: The Thoracic Spine and Shoulder Health and The 15-Minute Rule.

That should keep you busy reading for a while!

I limited this selection to information from Bill Hartman, THE shoulder expert. But Eric Cressey's got a whole lot of very good information on shoulders, too. If you want more, just let me know.
