Do you have any links for that info, the only thing I found doing a forum search was an interview on how to prevent shoulder injuries. I hurt it by throwing the ball for the dogs with my left (off) arm. They like it when I really wind up and only throw it about 20 ft. It's preventing me from doing any push or press type exercise, and even mowing the lawn hurts.
