Well, I'm not one you know, but I'll say hello myself. I'm down a little over 65 pounds since December and a little over 115 from my top weight. Sadly I still have a long way to go, but feeling good about the progress. I'm actually doing a maintenance week this week coming, trying to eat at maintenance levels. I suppose the concept is that it should allow me to take a break and my body to recover from being in a deficit. I haven't actually hit a plateau yet, although I suppose that depends on how you define one. I'm hoping that this concept of rest/recovery will help me avoid them.
Oh, and enjoying the summer big time (as we finally seem to have some this week).
