Thanks for the tips on the wood chop, Bytsi and Celeste! I looked at a couple of videos and remembered I did them with straight arms last time. I'll probably have to go down on the weight next A workout.
I fared pretty well in the soreness department, though my rear is telling me I did squats and step ups!
Today is a rest day for me, though I may work some low impact aerobics in for stress relief. If I had a treadmill, I'd walk and read. I'm reading a joint biography of George Washington and Benedict Arnold. It's pretty interesting.
