Livin' Large check in
Where's all my big homies at?!? haha, this thread seems to have died out lately. I guess I'll start out with my numbers.
I'm down about 50 lbs since January when I started with TNT. My cholesterol is lot better, and it's about time to buy new clothes (I've already replaced 2 belts, but it's annoying having my jeans all bunched up in the front) I went from size 48 pants to 42, and shirts from a tight 4x to loose 3x, I could probably get away with 2x in shirts, but they are too short.
I've hit a plateau because I'm rehabing a non-training induced shoulder injury, so I'm only doing lower body work now, with very light rotator cuff exercises. I'll give it one more week and try again. If I still have pain, I guess I'll go see the Doc.
