Comments:

-Do a single with 10kg more for a 145kg squat next week, and then 155kg for a PR, then 160/165 the next week or two after that
-55kg for OH press next week
-Haven't done BB rows in a bit, will start doing them weekly again now
-Squats felt good, kept my elbows under pretty well which is good
