The only semi-OLY lift I ever do is a hang clean. Too chicken to try other lifts, unless you think a front squat is an Oly lift.
I'm trying to get past my current max weight for hang cleans of 40kg.
My thinking is to get better by starting to do multiple reps at lower weights as sofar I've only been doing singles since a hang clean used to be a purely functional (fun) exercise preceding the front squat.
Am I totally off?
I'm also need of someone who wants to critique my (poor) technique when I get my SO to put a few of them on his camera and onto YouTube. I'd rather not make a fool of myself and make them public, so please send me a PM instead
