Well here are the 3 week results. Pics from left to right are from June 14th, June 28th and July 5th. I'm pretty happy with the results and my waist has gone from 37 inches to 34.25 in 3 weeks

Normally the v-diet goes for 4 weeks but I'm ending it a week early and moving into the transition phase starting tomorrow. My wife is in Precision Nutrition's Women's Coaching Program and I want to be able to help her out as much as I can. So I'm going to be making dinners and stuff and trying out new foods and veggies at the same time as she is.
So here is the first pic:
But I think this one says it all. The pic on the left is from ~12 January 2008 in Morocco. I had been pretty inactive for the last 8 months and was 2 days into staring NROL. As you can probably tell from this pic my waist was at 40 inches and I weighed 180 pounds. The pic on the right is from today with a 34.25 inch waist and 166 pounds.
But I'm not done yet, just coming off the v-diet. I will be transitioning into eating within the PN guidelines and finishing up NROL (Hyper II and Strength I) and then I think I'll do EC's Maximum Strength.
