Notes:
--6 x 400m sure seemed a helluva lot easier than 4 x 800m
--The sprints were... well... ugly, to say the least, but I got them done.
--I'm beginning to think that there's no point in doing other core work in this entire program if I just start carrying that damned pipe for time/distance.
--My right calf was hammered early in yet another track session, but I'm still chalking it up to a modified motor recruitment pattern (similar to the reason for the relatively limited right hip mobility) compensating for the hamstring. It's probably going to be a very long-term project to get everything back in balance.
