Reverse Lunge from Box: 20/10, 20/10
DB Prone Cuban Snatch: 20/10, 20/10 (these were hard!)
Swiss Ball Crunch: 10/10, 10/10
Reverse Crunch: BW/10, BW/10
Lateral Flexion: BW/10, BW/10
Prone Cobra: 60 sec, 60 sec.

Intervals on Elliptical: 14 min total - 1 min level 10, 2 min level 6
Outdoor Road Biking: 1 hour
