Notes:
--Uncle Pukey almost paid a visit today. Now, in no way did I plow straight through this thing, but I just wanted to get all the reps in. I'm guessing it took me around 45 minutes to do this (I was at 22-something halfway through). I did have take a couple minutes' break to deal with dogs running around in the yard, but otherwise, for the most part, I couldn't've asked for a better day outside: partly cloudy, 85ish, light breeze, low humidity.
--For the life of me, I couldn't figure out why the pipe was so damned unstable, more so than usual, until I really focused on core contraction (read about it extensively in Balance but never put it into practice). That was a nice change, and I could've kept going on the carries except that my shoulders were on fire. Good to know for next time.
