Today - scale still stuck. If I were an optimist, I'd say I was glad it didn't go up, but... not my nature to be that optimistic
Did 60 min stairmaster, HR 120's (65-70%), then 15 min tmill (3 mph, 5 incline) to cool down a bit.
Still working on plans to increase NEAT (improvised treadmill desk for computer?). Played DDR last night - I SUCK at it!
I'm going to ebay to look at body buggs again... maybe I'll finally get one... ???
