I have been reading up on the logs I think are "fat loss focused" for the time being because I am trying to figure out what program to use when I finish Stage 7 in NROL4W. It's looming on finishing this week and I'm still working on the final decision--seems kind of pathetic to me because I usually have no trouble making decisions  . . .

I was wondering!! I didn't expect a trumpet fanfare, but I figured you would let me know when you recieved that book. I will get online and track it.

I'll also check with my husband who was responsible for taking it to the shipping drop. . .he's been known to drop the ball every now and again, so God help him if your package is still residing in his truck.
