Eh... running faster is over-rated! At least we're out there doing it! My standard pace before I stopped running (my back hurt, my feet hurt, my knees hurt - I stay in "one piece" much better without running!) was 12-13 minute miles... My
PR's are 29-ish on a 5k, and one 40min 4 mile race (but I was near this woman I can't stand and almost died trying not to let her pass me!!!)
