Alright, here is my final report on WSFL........
It has now been 3 weeks since I have finished the program and my weight and bodyfat are still exactly the same--no change. I found the first week after I finished the program that I had almost no desire to eat any of the starchy and sugary carbs that I had eliminated. And believe me, I was strongly tempted at graduation parties! So I ate pretty well and I was doing some light cardio that first week. I did however have 2 nights were I drank my share of Jack & Cokes!
The last 2 weeks, my diet has been getting progressively worse. I have been adding in some grain products and starchy carbs, but nowhere near the amount I was consuming before. I've managed to stay away from sweets for the most part, and I would say that about 50% of my calories are from protein. I am also in my second week of Dos's Power Training strength template. I'm doing a 3 day total body program that I modified slightly, and I have 3 days of cardio/intervals intertwined.
So overall, I think the WSFL was money well spent--I didn't lose as much weight as I had hoped, but it did change my eating habits enough to maintain my loss. I am going to start keeping a log on my Power Training workouts, and I will post before and after pics at the end of the 10 weeks, which should be right around the end of August.
