Phase 2 Wrkt 8

Walking Lunges: 3 x 12 @ BW +20EH R60s
Stiff-Arm Lat Pull Down (standing) 3 x 12 @ 110 R60s
Single Leg Pistol Squats (band assisted) 3 x 12 @ BW R60s
Inverted Rows 3 x 12 @ BW R60s
Single Leg RDL 3 x 12 @ BW +10EH R60s
Push Press 3 x 12 @ 70 R60s

Comments: Not a bad work out. It got the heart rate up and the sweat flowing. I'm a little sore today. Nothing bad but I think I've said it before that the phase is really working my legs and glutes. I'll be interested to see how the measurements stack up at the end of the month.

One thing I found interesting is my daily caloric burn is only about 2000/day. My wife was using a bodybugg for a couple of days in order to get her baseline. When she stopped using it I put it on. My beloved bride burns 600 cals a day more than I do just sitting. Wild! It's kinda of a cool gizmo. If it's that accurate I can definitely see how it would be useful in body recomposition.
