i'm actually going to cut down a few lbs after my contest is over, probably. I want to get to a pretty lean 200-210 (slowly), and then bulk back up to 231 (slowly). Since i'm going to be competing in the 231 weight class, i need to try and hold as much functional weight on my frame as i can at that body weight.
